Coaching for adults who forgot how to have fun
Learn how to have fun again, in big ways and small ways -
but importantly on ALL DAYS
Less Adulting, More Funning.
Less Adulting, More Funning.
Do you feel like you’re going through life on auto-pilot?
You work, run errands, complete chores, and do everything for others. Somewhere along the way, you stopped prioritizing bringing fun and joy into your life.
It kinda sneaks up on you.
You are taught to be a productive, successful, and responsible adult and to always put other people, tasks, and chores first.
And then one day, you have a wake-up call. Your nest is empty. Work IS your life. Retirement is boring.

Hi there friends! I’m Monika, and I like to have fun.
I was raised by parents who demonstrated fun year-round
(yes, I was lucky!). We were constantly doing something - swimming, sailing, boogie boarding, dancing, fishing, crabbing, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hosting movie nights for friends, playing card games, board games and weird games we made up.
My dad clearly did not live to work. He worked to live.
I got the message.
(My mom didn’t work when my brothers and I were little.)
I started businesses (this is number four) so I’d have more freedom and flexibility with my schedule.
And then in 2021, I moved to a four-day workweek so I’d have even more time for the things that bring me joy: hiking, snowboarding, dancing, napping (highly underrated), going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with the people I love
Do I have fun ALL the time? Of course not. I’m a human, not a robot.
Do I want to make sure more people have as much fun as I do? I’m making it my life’s mission, so … yes.
Here’s your permission slip to have fun again
